About Us:

Stoke St. Michael War Memorial Hall provides a much loved and valued service for the community.

We need your help so we can continue to offer and even expand our service!

Thank you for your support and good luck!

Yours sincerely,

Mr Richard Sudworth

The Hall was opened in 1923 following subscription and building by returning veterans after WW1. It not only honoured their dead comrades but was intended as a lasting memorial and reminder for posterity and was open to all.

We have a four year plan to refurbish the Hall which needs a fair amount of attention which has not been done for some time so we are raising money for that. We plan to offer the refurbished hall for all on the hundredth anniversary.

We intend to expand our services to give greater support to the elderly and the Youth of the area.

Please help us.
